This service is specially designed for small and medium-size enterprises, where the launch of an internationalization process could only be carried out by a stakeholder or the General Director, who often do not dispose of sufficient time that could be dedicated to implementation of such a major-scale project that requires a lot of dedication and business trips.

After analyzing the nature of the company, its processes and products, we will prepare an internationalization proposal for the company, pointing out the markets for initial exploration with an objective of a subsequent project implementation.

Distributor search: BSIDE offers its clients an option of managing a foreign distributor search, starting from selecting priority countries, search , screening, final selection with a client and execution of collaboration agreements or contracts. Subsequently, BSIDE can provide a follow-up service for resolving potential issues with orders, prices and quality.

Distributing partner search: In some circumstances, depending on company’s profile and target country, creation of a local company and partnership with a distributor could be a more convenient option. From our perspective, such approach to distributor search is a more complex one; despite a larger amount of initial work, a client benefits from having a structure in a foreign country, thus being able to obtain firsthand market knowledge.

Manufacturing partner search: When a client needs to find a local partner for manufacturing the entire line of products or just several products, we can handle the search for the most adequate manufacturer and assist with contract negotiations. Upon client request, we can also carry out a subsequent follow-up until a complete consolidation of defined objectives in the selected company.

inter44. Foreign expansion without partners: If our client decides to proceed with foreign expansion without local partners, we can handle company launching project in a certain country, hiring of local staff and subsequent follow-up on the results. Such expansion can be carried out by opening a representation office or a production unit.
